No Rise - since
end of 2010...

Ruggle-it
- prices have
NOT
increased since the
end of 2010...which
we hope you'll agree is pretty good when the price of 6
tomatoes has more than doubled in that time!
Only
Ruggle-it
products will incur an increase from 1 October 2012.
All other ranges remain unaffected (despite some increases
which we're absorbing).

Price Promise
As explained in our Xmas 2011 Newsletter, we
only increase prices when we're given an increase that we
can no longer absorb for you.
So even
though something's costing us more, if we can carry it &
protect you from it, we'll keep it to ourselves!

Why
Now?
Sadly, it's thanks to umpteen increases we've absorbed since
January, e.g. multiple transport charge increases from our
suppliers & shippers, electricity up by 17%, supplier price
rises for product/base ingredients (by up to 30%!),
increased staff costs....

Heavier Parcels
- we are still subsidising the actual costs of most of these
heavier parcels but we've had to add a small increase to the
1801g and 2kg tiers as we've just been hit with another
rise, this time 6.8%.
However, the 0-1250g and 1251-1800g shipping
tiers remain unchanged - yippee!

frequently

quicker
than phone
orders.
Why?
When someone's new to R&S Ltd we fully understand they might
seek guidance as we realise our whole approach to good
health is still pretty new/unusual!
But,
when it's a repeat order with no special complications,
paying personnel to be on-standby is sadly surprisingly
costly...
THE BOTTOM LINE
So, we're still very much
HERE TO HELP
you with queries, but we're just asking, that if you
can
order online, there are
multiple
benefits for YOU
whilst the phones can remain unblocked for those (current &
new clients) with queries or no internet/computers.
